General description:
The activity is divided into three parts: the lecture part about clinical experience and skills; the practice part about practicing clinical skills with tools and the evaluation part about grading others’ works and writing down opinions and suggestions about the activity.

Problem statement:
We need to choose topic that can get students’ interest. And there has to be a evaluation step in order to let us know what are we good at and where we need to do more.

Objectives and indicators of success:
The objectives are to teach students clinical skills in advance and to share clinical experience of seniors with juniors.
The indicator for both objectives is the works participators have done with learned clinical skills.
Methodology:
Inviting seniors who have already worked in the hospital to come and give a lecture on clinical experience and skills. Providing students with tools to practice clinical skills.
Plans for evaluation:
Each participator and invited senior will grade others’ works to see who has achieved better clinical skills. Also, sticker notes will give to participators to allow them to write down their feelings and evaluation on the activity.
