General description:

BeER is an event, on which students, who are interested in emergency

medicine are associating with emergency physicians. On each event we are

discussing a selected topic in emergency medicine.

The purpose of Emergency Motivational Weekend is to find studends who

would like to specialize in emergency medicine, to have fun and to get to

know each other.

The emergency medicine workshop project aims to refine and deepen the

knowledge and skills that are essential for treatment of emergency patients.

The purposes of the project are:

1. To upgrade existing knowledge in the field of treatment emergencies,

2. To adopt practical skills needed for emergencies,

3. To mind automation of protocols in urgent care and emergency

situations and,

4. To become familiar with the use of medical equipment and devices

used in the treatment of patients in an emergency situation.

The project will strive to continue the operation and development in

accordance with the purposes and goals of the project.

Problem statement:

Lack of knowledge of emergency medicine is very concerning in our faculty,

this is the reason why we have decided to establish our project Student

emergency taskforce. We are students from different years of study, who are

very interested in emergency medicine. Our goal is to promote emergency

medicine and educate students of our faculty.

Objectives and indicators of success:

Our success indicators are improved knowledge and skills of students and

their realization that emergency medicine is basic knowledge for every doctor.

Methodology:

Each of our projects is evaluated for itself. We have into and post quiz in

Ultrafest and emergency workshop, which gives us an idea of quality of our

projects. We also give an evaluation form to all participants. We also ask our

participants to tell us their impressions after the end of events.
