General description:
Project is trying to pay attention to older part of our community. Most important goal is to activate, integrate and educate people preparing events such as educational, medical lectures,sport exercises and managing their spare time.

Prevention of NCDs and Health Promotion
Problem statement:
Development and advances in medicine cause that maximum life span and life expectancy are getting higher every year. Our societies are getting older and older. Elderly people encounter a lot of issues everyday connected with their age.
Target groups and beneficiaries:
Main group of our activity are elderly people in the age above 60 who we are able to meet in nursing houses, hospitals and clubs for older people.
Objectives and indicators of success:
Our goal is to improve society knowledge about diseases connected with age. Moreover, we are planning to focus on developing activities that can engage older part of our communities. Education and integration of elderly people is also our top priority.
Methodology:
During the project, we prepare lectures on important medical topics for older people: healthy diet, nutritionist’s advice, social help. In the field of “activation”, outdoor exercises will be provided. Also, Our goal is to engage different local institutions, as preschools and nursing homes.
Plans for evaluation:
Activity will be evaluated according to number of performed events. We expect local committees to prepare raport which will sum every actions. Level of interest from other organizations will be also indicator of successfulness and possible future cooperation.
