Problem statement:
Yemen remains the world’s worst humanitarian crisis in the last years. according to that, a lot of community issues have appeared. And since the war started, these issues have been increased year after year. In addition, many reasons including poverty, lack of education, and the absence of the rule of law make these issues more widely and difficult which affect society negatively،so it’s important for members to discuss and know more about the causes, consequences, and solutions that we can do.

Objectives:
1- Increase the knowledge of 60 SCORPions about 3 community issues in the period from 27th of Nov. to 26th of Dec.
2- Increase SCORPions interactions and improve their skills in thinking and accept the opinions of others throughout discussions and find the solutions in the period from 27th of Nov. to 26th of Dec.
3- Increase the awareness of the public about 3 community issues throughout sharing the knowledge and information which resulted from discussions in the period from 27th of Nov. to 26th of Dec.
4- Increase the extent of public benefits through increase accessibility and the interaction on NAMS platforms by making competition related to the 3 community issues “SCORP’s Marathon” in the period from 27th of Nov. to 26th of Dec.
Indicators of Success:
1- about 50 SCORPions have knowledge about 3 community issues.
2- about 45 SCORPions interact and discuss 3 community issues.
3- about 500 interactions in different social media platforms.
4- about 400 interactions in “SCORP’s Marathon” on social media platforms.
Methodology:
1- identify the problem.
2- sitting the vision, goals, and objectives of the discussions.
3- sending a call for participation to SCORP members who are wanting to be part of OC.
4- Choosing the OC members.
4a- Dividing the OC members into 4 groups, three of them will choose one different community issues to work on and prepare the questions of SCORP’s Marathon(the SCORP’S Marathon should be started after one day from sharing the infographics in social media platforms).
4b- The fourth group will be responsible for designing infographics for the public online awareness (should be done and shared after every online discussion ).
5- Start the first discussion on the 27th of November .
6- Start the second discussion on the 10th of December .
7-Start the last discussion on the 24th of December .
8-Evaluation.
Plans for evaluation:
The online SCORP discussion: throughout calculation of participants in the discussions at SCORP’s Whatsapp group.
-The online public awareness and SCORP’s Marathon: throughout the calculation of people’s interaction in different social media platforms.
