Methodology:
For implementing this activity, we created a 3 month long programme and gave weekly goals to each mentor-mentee pair. 3rd semester students are appointed as mentors and 1st semester students as mentees to help the mentees with studies and any other problem/stress they’re facing in the medical college. They are also made to sign an undertaking to comply with the anti-ragging rules made by Universities. The LOMEs were appointed as Nodal Officers to closely observe and guide the mentor-mentee pairs.
Plans for evaluation:
Through a Pre-Programme questionnaire, questionnaire at the end of 1st month, questionnaire at the end of 2nd month and post-programme questionnaire for both mentor and mentee
