General description:
In order to empower the knowledge of medical students and improve their skills, Scome club is a continuous training cycle wich contains 5 sessions about medical education issues including advocacy and capacity building trainings to make the students not only good doctors but also successful leaders.

Lack of knowledge of medical students about medical education topics

Objectives and indicators of success:
-ensure the continuity of an activity while innovating
-the empowerment of medical students’ knowledge
-accustum the students with advocacy and give them the boost to be actively engaged students.

Methodology:
Organization of 5 sessions wich deal with Medical Education topics and capacity building trainings to the same group of medical students, fascilitated by a TMET and a TNT trainer, and each one is followed by an evaluation form oresented to the participants.
After this sessions, the group capacities and its degree of engagemlent will be evaluated by a project chosen by itself and done to change a fact or advocate a topic in the faculty.
Plans for evaluation:
each session is followed by an evaluation form and the final step is to create a project by the group of the club.
