The training include 50% medical education topics and 50% soft skills.
This training has its own regulations whose ultimate goal is to institutionalize the training because there is no effective institutional memory to ensure for our participants a high quality training .
The lack of awarnes about the crucial role that should play medical students to develop medical education engenders engender the abandonment of their role .
