Problem statement:
Health workers around the world are at high risk of violence.Most violence is perpetrated by the sample and the visitors.First, it is necessary to know who the medical staff are and after being aware of it, the types and dimensions of violence against them should be examined.It is possible that this violence also increased during the corona and corona In itself, there is a great impact on violence (especially psychological) towards the treated staff.

Objectives:
first objective:To Introduce health workers to 300 audiences of Imsa Iran page in a period of August 6th to August 26th.
Second objective:To introduce different types of violence against health workers to 300 audiences of Imsa iran in a period of August 6th to August 26th.
third objective:To introduce the impact of covid-19 pandemic on violence against health workers and publish them to 300 audiences of imsa iran page in a period of August 6th to August 26th.
fourth objective: to have 20 health workers and medical studenst Engaged by sharing their experiences in a period of August 6th to August 26th.
fifth objective:To clarify the role of medical students in reducing violence against health workers and broadcast the film on Imsa Iran page on August 26th.
Indicators of Success:
First objective:engage at least 200 audiences and interact with our instagram post from period of August 6th to August 26th.
Second objective:engage at least 200 audiences and interact with our instagram post and Involve at least 20 post readers in the comments from period of August 6th to August 26th.
Third objective:engage at least 200 audiences and interact with our instagram post from period of August 6th to August 26th.
Fourth objective: participation of at least 20 medical science students and health workers on Imsa Iran page to send out their experience from period of August 6th to August 26th
Fifth objective: at least 200 medical students engage and interact with our instagram post from perid of August 6th to August 26th.
Methodology:
Phase 0:Team building and collecting content and designing posts and making video and prepare pre test and distribute it to at least 100 of imsa iran audiences.
phase1:first, an article is going to be posted on Imsa page about who health workers are ; then, second post about violence and its types against health workers is going to be posted.Afterwards,with series of stories and captions, medical students are going to be asked to send out their experiences of violence for us and , “The effects of Corona virus on violence against health workers”is going to be posted.
Meanwhile,we are going to encourage people to share their experience with us through series of stories.
Then, podcasts are going to be posted.
Then, the film “The role of medical students in reducing violence against health workers” is going to be published.
Phase2:Prepare a post test and distribute it to at least 100 of imsa iran audiences
