The IFMSA Policy Plan 2024–2025 defines the strategic direction, organizational priorities, and operational focus of the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations for the current term. It reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency, accountable leadership, and meaningful impact in global health and medical education.

This Policy Plan is rooted in the IFMSA Strategy 2022–2025, which outlines long-term goals across five pillars, including sustainable administration, strengthened external engagement, and a healthy organizational culture. While the Strategy sets the long-term framework, the Policy Plan defines this year’s strategic focus, and the Annual Work Plan (AWP) translates that focus into tangible actions, timelines, and deliverables.

Additionally, the Policy Plan is informed by IFMSA’s Policy Documents, which represent the collective voice of our membership on key global health issues. These documents shape our advocacy, programs, and thematic priorities throughout the year.
