‘One Minute – One Health’ Video Competition: Meet the winning teams

Last month, between 12th and 18th of November, for the WHO World Antibiotic Awareness Week (WAAW), the World Health Students´ Alliance (WHSA), namely the International Veterinary Students´ Association (IVSA), International Pharmaceutical Students´ Federation (IPSF), International Association of Dental Students (IADS) and International Federation of Medical Students´ Associations (IFMSA) have organized the ‘One Minute – One Health’ Video Competition aimed to raise awareness on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and the One Health approach.
Yielding 10 millions deaths by 2050, Antimicrobial Resistance is considered by the WHO as an increasingly serious hazard to health that requires action across all government sectors and society. As future healthcare professionals, we aim to make our voice heard in order to educate the audience in the field of AMR in the most original ways.
More than 100 teams of healthcare students from more than 30 countries got their creativeness on board and showed to the entire world their vision of Antimicrobial Resistance and One Health, in just 60 seconds! It is time to announce the winners!

This is why Team Lopez strongly believes that a minute of awareness can lead to a million lives saved.
