Problem statement:
Medical students who aim to become activists need not only knowledge but also communication skills to be able to make an influence. The problem is that medical students are being information receptors without having the chance or the ability to act and change nor the knowledge necessary to defend human rights as future health care practitioners.

Objectives:
– Seize the opportunity to talk about Biggest Global Issues Facing Human kind: child labor, euthanasia, refugees, vulnerable minorities mainly.
-MUN FMM is an exciting opportunity for students from all faculties to foster dialogue on creating change and building peace worldwide.
-This MUN will consist of talented youth from around Tunisia providing a diverse and interactive experience.
-MUN FMM will challenge delegates (students) to debate on the rising Human Rights’ issues and to draft resolutions in response to the problems
-Students will learn how to collaborate with others who are equally motivated and passionate in creating the change .
-Medical students more involved and more aware of medical ethics by seeking and discovering it up close
Indicators of Success:
-around 70-80 students from all the faculties all around Tunisia will have the opportunity to be apart of the MUN.
-All the participants will be able to conduct at least 1 session in which they can communicate and provide arguments about human rights to health , ethically saying .
-further editions will take place after this first edition of MUN FMM
Methodology:
-This MUN will consist of talented youth from around Tunisia providing a diverse and interactive experience through debating.
-MUN FMM will challenge delegates to debate on the rising Human Rights’ issues, to draft resolutions in response to the problems, and collaborate with others who are equally motivated and passionate in creating the change.
– trainings and small simulations will take place before the event for the participants.
Plans for evaluation:
* Baseline assessment through a SWOT analysis; the need seemed urgent and a priority due to a lot of reasons .
* Pre evaluation : a teaser, online mediatization of the event + the diffuse of some facts and « did you know » to identify the needs of students and things we need to focus more on , posting Q and A’s, posting quizzes on social media
* Post evaluation:
-measure the degree of satisfaction of the participants, gather their feedback and inputs by an evaluation form shared in the discussion group and the event .(satisfaction / choice of thematics / timeline / contributions …)
-Post evaluation form for the trainers ( proficiency and preparations / technics /the atmosphere…)
