Problem statement:
TB is a chronic infectious disease that is still a public health problem in the world, including Indonesia. New case of tuberculosis in D.I.Y. on the facility health services as many as 895 cases most in the Kulon Progo area followed by cases the second largest in the Bantul area with 888 cases and 839 cases in the city area Yogyakarta.

Objectives:
- Increase knowledge about tropical diseases and build participants’ awareness of the importance of applying knowledge in various cases of tropical diseases.
- Build participants’ awareness of the importance of handling and preventing tropical diseases.
- Providing benefits to all parties involved in ITMSS 2021.
- Train OCs in collaborating to form an international activity to promote international health
- The implementation of a summer school program that can facilitate medical students and fresh graduate doctors in the world to increase knowledge about tropical medicine, which was attended by 20 participants by paying attention to the development of the topic of tropical medicine which was held for four days in August.
Indicators of Success:
- Achieving a minimum MCQ final exam score of 40
- Achieving a minimum average mini quiz score of at least 40
- Educate at least 40 national medical students and international medical students and/or doctors through the Zoom Meeting platform
Methodology:
The first day until the third day will be filled with lectures from experts regarding Leptospirosis, TB, and Diarrhea. After the lecture, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) will be held so that participants will understand more about the diseases discussed using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) system, all of which will be held online through Zoom Meetings. Then the fourth day will be filled by a test in the form of MCQ as a participant evaluation material after being given material for 3 days which is carried out on the MyKlass e-learning media. And at the end of the event there will be an additional agenda in the form of a Cultural Session where participants will be informed about Indonesian culture, especially the Yogyakarta area so that Indonesian culture can be radiated abroad and a farewell party where participants will make videos about their country and explain on this agenda and there is a closing from the OC ITMSS 16th.
