Problem statement:
Violence against women is defined as acts that result in physical, sexual or psychological harm. In Ecuador, it is estimated that there is a femicide every 70 hours and that more than 50% of the aggressors are part of the woman’s social or family circle. Within the 2030 Agenda, gender equality is sought, which consists of ending all forms of discrimination and eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls.

Objectives:
General
Raise awareness among 25 women about the importance of 25N, through a call for the march on November 25th in the cities of Quito and Ambato and two collage workshops,where the experiences of the participants will be captured, by the artist Juliette Jara, and will take place on November 26-27 in Quito and Ambato, with a duration of 2 hours.
Specific
Protect the safety of those attending the march to be held on November 25, through the help and management of AFEM.
Generate significant changes on art as a means of protest in 25 women, through collage workshops that will capture the experiences of the participants, by the artist Juliette Jara, and will take place on November 26-27 in Quito and Ambato, with a duration of 2 hours.
Educate 25 women about gender violence, through collage workshops associated with the lived experiences of the participants, by the artist Juliette Jara, and will take place on November 26-27 in Quito and Ambato, with a duration of 2 hours.
Indicators of Success:
Form a conglomerate of maximum 25 women attending the 25N march in response to the extended call.
Participation must be active within the workshop and will be supported by evidence of the realization of the collage with photographs during the event, at least 80% of our participants can understand the importance of the fight to eradicate violence against women.
Evidence a reflection of the 25N obtaining a collage for each participant, the same that reaffirms the previous knowledge and demonstrates those acquired.
Obtain a collage for each participant, it will be documented to later share it on social networks as feedback from the project, shared content will have a minimum of 25 likes and 50 views.
Methodology:
25/11/2022 : Meeting prior to the 25N march.
26/11/2022 : 10h00 Meeting at Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana.
12h00 completion of the activity and socialization of the products.
27/11/2022 : 10h00 Meeting at Casa del Portal.
12h00 completion of the activity and socialization of the products.
03/12/2022 : socialization of the photographs of the project in the social networks of the participants OL’s.
04/12/2022 : Delivery of the certificates.
08/12/2022: Sending of report annex to national and program coordinatior.
Plans for evaluation:
Before: the registration form will have a section in which the applicants express their motivation and aspirations of this project, in addition to assessing basic knowledge about 25N.
During: there will be a round of questions during the workshop to know how related the participants are to the theme.
Then: the work of each participant will be digitized so that the work done is recorded, in addition a final reflection will be requested.
