Problem statement:
In this project, we introduce health care workers and their rights to others. All health care workers have basic individual rights, including civil rights, the constitution, and etc. they also have the right to be treated with respect by the patients they care for. They have the right to be respected by their superiors and to be free from harassment, abuse, verbal and mental harassment.

Objectives:
Informing medical, paramedical and general students about the rights of health care workers and also expressing their experiences, in the form of 3 posts and 3 stories over a period of three days.
Indicators of Success:
The average number of views of each Instagram story should reach 70. And the number of likes of Instagram posts will reach at least 110 likes in two days. The pre-test and post-test perform the initial analysis of how much information they have about health care workers and their rights.
Methodology:
Phase zero: The executive team is selected and the work is divided.
Phase One: Content related to the topic is collected and translated.
Phase 2: The graphic team designs the infographic.
Phase 4: Publication of prepared posts is done. The first post is the introduction of health care workers. In the continuation of the project, health care workers will be interviewed. finally it will be placed in the form of two posts in the form of podcasts and videos on the IMSA-Sari Instagram page.
Phase 5: Project evaluation is done in the form of several stories.
Plans for evaluation:
The average number of views of each Instagram story should reach 70. And the number of likes of Instagram posts will reach at least 110 likes in two days. We also evaluate quantitatively in the form of pre-test and post-test
