General description:
On 25/11/22, SCOPH BMSS hosted health camp for stranded Pakistani community ‘The Bihari’ in collab with OBAT helpers where free health check-up to around 60 people by our doctors and volunteers,assessment of their weight,mental health,nutritional status,blood pressure were done and data collection was done for research and to design more efficient follow-up events.Free 150 medicine was also distributed.The poor patients were provided monetary incentives to do the necessary diagnostic tests .
Problem statement:
Periodic health check up is necessary for early diagnosis of disease and leading a healthier life. Unfortunately, most of the people of lower socio economic class do not get the chance to have a full health check up and sometimes a small health problem turns into a serious issue. For this reason, we are arranging this health camp in mohammadpur which will provide them a free health check up.

Objectives:
To provide general health check up of 70 economically struggling males and females of all ages by the alumni doctors of BMSS on 25th November at Mohammadpur from 9:30 am to 12 am in collaboration with Obat helpers to directly intervene in the curative aspect of health and reduce the disease burden in the community easing early diagnosis process by taking the basic health care to the community and providing proper referral and one to one extensive patient counselling.
Indicators of Success:
50% patients will have cure to their health problems.
50% patients will be properly refered to the right direction and place of treatment.
90℅ medical students participants will be able to give proper counselling to special population.

26th November – Circulating post evaluation form
Plans for evaluation:
Pre-event Questionnaire:
For pre-event evaluation,we will make a pre-evaluation form which will be circulated in the WhatsApp group chat prior to the event.Here,we will analyse participants’ ideas about primary health care and referral system.
Post-event Questionnaire:
For post-event evaluation,we will make a post evaluation form and circulate in the same WhatsApp group chat.We will be assessing their current knowledge about primary health care and referral system’
