Health systems and their subsystems must have an efficient administration, in order to meet
the goals contemplated by their different health programs, and thereby respond to the needs
that society demands.
The challenge of health systems is to develop administrative capacities.

Health system in Chile then requirements to work and postgraduate modalities in Chile.

Objectives and indicators of success:
Provide relevant information to students and future doctors about academia and
work in Chile.
– Specific Objectives:
o Know about the health system.
o Recognize the requirements to practice as a professional.
o Identify the postgraduate modalities. – Success Indicators:
1. Number of people attending the videoconference at the national level.
2. Number of informative virtual campaigns published in the social networks of
the local societies
Methodology:
Videoconference and virtual campaign at national level about Chile:
1. Health System.
2. Requirements to work as a professional.
3. Postgraduate modalities.
Plans for evaluation:
The monitoring of the attendance to the videoconference and of the different activities
carried out by each local Official according to the established in the guidelines of the
activity that was sent to each one of them, will be done through consecutive revisions of the
visual material that is will publish in the different social networks, with the purpose that
there will be a feedback and will be oriented to the local official with the necessary
guidelines for the development of the activity, after that the evaluation of the activity will
be done through the graphic evidence (infographics) of the different campaigns carried out
by the different local companies.
