Problem statement:

There are now several effective vaccines that prevent severe illness or death from Covid-19. Given the many vaccines available and the unreliable rumors about corona vaccines, as well as the fear of many people about the side effects of corona vaccines, we decided to compare the side effects and consequences of different vaccines and encourage people for the vaccinations and also encourage the public to increase their booster dose due to the arrival of new strains of corona such as omicron.

Objectives:

Informing about 200 medical students about the side effects of Covid-19 vaccines through Goumsa’s Instagram page in March 2022.

  • Encouraging about 100 medical students to be safe against Covid-19 through vaccination and booster dose through Goumsa’s Instagram page and also preparing a questionnaire in March 2022.
  • Informing at least 200 students about the differences between Covid vaccines and how to choose the right vaccine to prevent Covid-19 infection through an Instagram post on Goumsa’s Instagram page in March 2022.
  • Raise audience awareness about comparing vaccines and tips regarding booster dose in the webinar on March 2022.

Indicators of Success:

  1. Achieve at least 200 likes and 500 views for each post.
  2. At least 100 people participated in the questionnaire and expressed their satisfaction with the impact of this project on informing them.
  3. 60% growth of inferred information of individuals through comparison of pre-test and post-test.
  4. The participants of the webinar would be from at least 4 different medical schools around the country.
  5. The attendees of the webinar would be at least from 3 different majors (Medical Sciences, Engineering and interdisciplinary).

Methodology:

  1. the pre-implementation phase in15 December 2021:Team Building 
  2. the implementation phase: a) From 16 December 2021 till 9 January 2022 :Content Production Execution      b)  From 1 to 20 March  2022: Content Publishing and Webinar
  3. the post-performance phase in late March 2022: Analyzing the activity outcome by comparing pre-test and post-test through the GouMSA’s instagram page.
