General description:
Data from Ministry of Health Republic Indonesia, the estimated number of PHLWA in 2020 is 543,075 spread throughout Indonesia. Therefore we held CARIES with online upgrading as pre–event. Main event, free screening VCT HIV that open for public and visited PLWHA foundation Mahameru for distributing fundraising. We made aftermovie for post–event and follow up method. We evaluate this activity through pre-post-test via google form, participants of main event, and nominal amount of fundraising.
Problem statement:
Data from Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia, the estimated number in 2020 is 543,075 PLWHA spread throughout Indonesia. Also, data from the 2012 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS). The results show that 71.63% of adolescents have a stigma against PLHIV, 49.10% of adolescents have insufficient knowledge about HIV. So it is necessary to increase knowledge about HIV/AIDS in adolescents in order to reduce the stigma against PLWHA, one of the solution is through CARIES.

Objectives:
Through CARIES, we aim to increase the knowledge, awareness, and skills members of CIMSA UNAIR and general population with range age 18 – 30 years old about causes, symptoms, and early examination that can be done as a way of vigilance and prevention against the transmission of HIV and AIDS through activity for 39 days on December until January, consist of upgrading, VCT screening, PLWHA foundation visiting, open donation, and after movie with some success indicators measured by increasing of post test results in comparison to pre test results on at least 15% of total participants, attendance of member, VCT screening participants, and PLWHA who attend foundation visiting
Indicators of Success:
– At least 10 members CIMSA UNAIR attend upgrading pre-activity
– The increase of post test results in comparison to pre test results on at least 15% of the total participants at upgrading pre – event
– Total amount of fundraising is Rp 250.000
– At least 10 general populations attend VCT screening
– At least 7 PLWHA attend foundation visiting
– The total 100 viewers of aftermovie
Methodology:
We conducted an assessment first to determine a certain target activity. In pre-event, we had upgrading for members SCORA about HIV & AIDS. Then, for main event, we held a free VCT screening open for public and open donation for PLWHA foundation. We also visited PLWHA foundation to distribute fundraising and held a training about Raise Confident to Dream Big. For post event we made aftermovie that posted on instagram @cimsaunair. As follow up methods we shared aftermovie to PLWHA foundation three days after main event. We evaluate our activity through pre and post test via google forms, total participants on main event, total amount of fundraising, and viewers of aftermovie
