General description:
breaking the+GS14:GT14 silence is an activity that targetting medical student which is in future they will face a lot of patient that they cannot refuse if there are one of them are have disabilities like deaf and dumb. if they dont know how to communicate with those patient they maybe make mistake while taking information. so, this activity is the solution of that problem, e can learn about sign language and know what they feel.

Problem statement:
Data from SUPAS found there are ,1.853 in 2015 in Special region of yogyakarta and from department of social Kota Yogyakarta found there are 234 people with deaf in 2018. breaking the silence is an activity that we want to make medical student more carefull and pay more attention to patient with deaf because they cannot speak with voice but they speak with their own language called silence language. if medical student know about that language we can avoid a wrong diagnose.

Objectives and indicators of success:
educate medical student in duta wacana christian university to know about a culture in deaf community and to know 50% about how they speak to other in 5 hours.
the indicator :
they can practice with silence language with their friend
they can answer the posttest correctly about the culture of deaf community and their silence language.
Methodology:
there are time for medical student get information for a profesional in communication skill with sign language , time for them to get information about culture in deaf community, and time for medical student to practice with their friend talk each other with sign language. theres alot of time approximately 2 hours for practicing
