We begin by having a 4 days training for volunteer medical students who will work on the campaign, to teach them how to interact with the comunity, and basic knowledge on blood donation
After that we contact local governers and responsibles, to organise meetings and gatherings with the general population.
we prepare and take our promotional materials to gatherings with people and explain to them about the importance of blood donation
we register people who want to donate, then we make sure to take them later on to the blood center to have them donate
After that we work in the blood center on analysing blood for any diseases, and make sure to deliver results to donors
Plans for evaluation:
we count the number of people that were present in every gathering , also the number of people who donated their blood, the number of students that worked on the campaign, and we evaluate the improvement of knowledge of people by asking them questions in the end.
