“Awareness posters
Two competitions that includes ‘Smoker face selfie’ and ‘Applesnap’ with a creative and catchy caption and title respectively. The picture with the maximum likes wins, this way our message can be conveyed to the massive population.”

Problem statement:
Lack of awareness about the toxic effects of tobacco on individuals
Target groups and beneficiaries:
Social media public is targeted through this campaign. If the smokers stop consuming too much cigarettes, the beneficiaries that includes the local inhabitants who have become passive smokers will be less effected.
Objectives and indicators of success:
“Our major goal is to raise awareness about the toxic and harmful effects of tobacco among individuals
1- To decrease the incidence of passive smokers
2-To highlight the deleterious effects of tobacco on respiratory system and its related diseases.”
Methodology:
“This is an online project that includes
1-awareness through posters
2- Smoker face selfie competition that shows the harmful effects of tobacco with aging
3-Apple snap competition that symbolises that we are pledging against tobacco “
Plans for evaluation:
We have introduced an online feedback form which will be filled by the participants and the general public.
