General description:
ANTIBIOTICS is an activity organized by SCORP and SCOPH CIMSA UNS. This activity was held at Sasono Krida Warga Mangkubumen on Monday, December 18th, 2017. The event was attended by 34 residents of RT 3 RW 2 Mangkubumen Surakarta. This activity contains a talk show about BPJS regulation, including the importance of regular premium payments. The speaker of this talk show is the Head of Membership Division of BPJS Surakarta, which in this case has authority relating to JKN KIS registration, and the Head of Surakarta City Health Department. The material was delivered by a talk show so that the participants could immediately discuss and express their opinions about the BPJS regulation. We also conducted a free regular check of cholesterol, uric acid, blood sugar, and blood pressure. After the residents finished checking themselves, we gave a small souvenir to take home as a thank you. The program ended with the submission of certificates and gifts for speakers.

Problem statement:
According to data from BPJS (Health Assurance) Surakarta data, total membership in the Surakarta BPJS Office’s work area reached almost 95% of the total population, in 2016 there were 177,648 people not registered in BPJS. Meanwhile, the target of BPJS participation in 2019 reaches 100%.
Based on the primary data, there are 15 residents in RT 3 RW 2 Surakarta Mangkubumen Village who have not registered to BPJS and majority of the respondents feel objected to paying BPJS premiums every month.

Objectives and indicators of success:
GOALS:
Providing an understanding of BPJS to a minimum of 40 residents of RT 3 RW 2, Mangkubumen Village through a talk show within 1 day.
Objectives:
• Increase public knowledge about BPJS
• Simplify the process of registering BPJS to the community
• Socialize the importance of regular payments and the payments procedures
• Means to convey community aspirations regarding the BPJS system
Indicator:
• At least 50% of the committee plays an active role in the activity
• Participants who attend at least 40 people
• At least 2 people from the target can convey their aspirations
• At least 80% of respondents stated that they understood and there were no complaints about the issues surrounding the BPJS based on the posttest which amounted to at least 80% of participants who could pass above the value of 50
• There is an increase in BPJS Health participants by a minimum of 4 people
Methodology:
To increase public knowledge, we hold talk shows about BPJS, including requesting payment and a new BPJS program that facilitates Surakarta residents who cannot afford the costs of the Surakarta Regional Budget. We also facilitate the making of BPJS cards to improve and facilitate the community in the process of making BPJS.

Plans for evaluation:
We conducted a survey through questionnaires before and after the talkshow so that the impacts of this activity could be measured. The result, after the talkshow they improve their knowledge about BPJS and after the talkshow there are 6 participants who have registered to get BPJS card.
