  • The selection process of Program Coordinators will be carried out by the VPA Elect and the relevant Standing Committee Director(s). However, the final decision will have to be approved by the Executive Board, as mentioned in the IFMSA Bylaws.

  • You are strongly encouraged to read up on the background of what the Standing Committee related to your position has been engaged in recently.
  • Please take into consideration that only shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview.
  • Applicants might be asked to send extra documents after the deadline if deemed necessary.
  • Evaluate submissions made to the Activity Enrollment Form and the Activity Report form within 2 weeks, as specified in the Programs Internal Operating Guidelines, and afterwards provide feedback to the Activity Coordinator.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of the enrollment and reporting data, thereby identifying strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the activities within specific IFMSA Regions.
  • Produce the Programs Annual Impact Report (PAR) for their Program by the end of June 2024.
  • Assistant potential and current Activity Coordinators on the management and evaluation of their endeavours on the local, national, regional and international levels.
  • Work with the relevant Standing Committee Director(s) and members of the International Teams that their Program is affiliated with on developing and curating IFMSA activities in the scope of the Program’s focus areas, including Capacity Building initiatives.
  • Represent their Program and the Activities division at large at the General Assemblies and – if possible – at the Regional Meeting. That could include: facilitating Standing Committee sessions, working on the preparations of Activities Fair and Rex Crossley Awards.
  • Provide IFMSA Officials with necessary data gathered through the Program.
  • Experience in Activity Management on any level of the IFMSA structure.
  • Knowledge on IFMSA Programs, in particular about the dynamics of enrollment and reporting.
  • Experience in practical application of evaluation tools and impact assessment.
  • Plans, ideas and motivation to engage in the work of the Standing Committee IT(s).
  • Knowledge of basic level statistics is a huge plus!
